Maintain a healthy diet


Eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. they provide many essential nutrients as fiber to keep your belly clean. it is very difficult to maintain a healthy skin if you don't maintain a healthy body. Knowing how to care for your inner body with us, know how to have a beautiful skin.


Skin Care Tips – Work Out
You need to get fit and healthy if you want your skin to shine. If you look at most people who take care of their body by working out and eating healthy food (organic fruits vegetables, and nuts) they have excellent skin.
This is because when you work out you naturally expel harmful toxins from your body. Your body gets these toxins mainly from your environment, processed food, and chemicals. And they are released through your skin.
Your body gets rid of toxins quickly when you are sweating, for example, but if you live a sedentary lifestyle and don’t work out toxins take longer to get out of the body and therefore they will show up on your skin as acne, blemishes, rashes, discoloration etc.
Skin Care Tips – Eat Organic
Basically, your skin reflects how you are treating your body and what you are putting into it. So, you need to eat right in order to get that radiant skin you have always wanted.
You need to eat organic food as much as you can afford to because it is not filled with the chemicals (toxins) that processed food is. Next time you go food shopping think of it this way, pretty much everything in the aisles is all junk full of chemicals that give you bad skin. Everything around the outside of the store is pretty much okay to eat and won’t show up on your skin.
If you are unsure if a food is healthy just read the ingredients. Ingredients should be other kinds of food not chemicals.

Skin Care Tips – Watch The Sun and The Sunscreen
The third skin care tip is that you need to watch how much time you spend in the sun. You do want to spend 10 – 15 minutes a day in the sun if you can so your body can get the vitamin D it needs.

Ask any health expert and they will tell you that the hands are one of the biggest enemies of facial skin. Washing your hands frequently and refraining from touching your face will prevent the transfer of germs and bacteria to the skin on your face.
Once you follow the above skin care tips you can use your favorite natural skin cream to enhance the appearance of your skin even further. That is really what skin creams are meant for anyway. The companies won’t tell you that because they want you buy a lot of their product, but the truth is that you need “good skin to have good skin,” not good creams.

1. Eat healthier

To get your skin & body in better shape, you may not have to give up everything that has negative effects on your skin, but rather, eat those things in moderation. Have greasier foods as a special treat or on rare occasion when eating a healthy, balanced meal is out of the question.

             Drinking the recommended eight glasses of water per day coupled with some regular exercise - walking, running, bicycling, engaging in sports - should have a great impact on your body shape while you are dieting with us. Increased blood flow due to aerobic exercise will positively impact ones complexion with a glowing look to replace dull skin.
Not only will exercise and drinking water help skin tone and texture, but it will also make you feel more energized and great about yourself. By keeping your body in shape, you will feel less stressed and more capable of achieving those things you set out to do.

How does water helps in rejuvenating your skin?



Water is the ultimate solvent of nature. It helps to detoxify the body and eliminate toxins from the system. There is a noticeable improvement in the skin quality when a person (whose water intake is poor) starts consuming normal amount of water.

Water can be consumed as such or in the form of juices, soups and other beverages. However, tea, coffee, aerated drinks tend to dehydrate the body and their intake must be kept to minimal.

Vegetable juices in particular are of great help as they contain the nutrients of the vegetables in the pure form which helps to nourish the skin.

Diet Recepie

Mushroom Curry

Ingredients:
1cup Mushroom washed and chopped finely
1/4th tbsp mustard seeds
1/4th tbsp jeera
2 tbsp Olive oil
salt to taste
For the Grinding:
1 tbsp mint leaves &1 tbsp coriander leaves.
1 small tomato chopped &3 green chillies chopped
1 small onion chopped
Grind the above ingredients coarsely with a little water method
In a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add mushrooms and saute till tender, set aside. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil; add mustard, jeera, whenit begins to splutter add the grinded paste to this. Simmer & cook stiring continuously. When the masala begins to leave oil then add the cooked mushroom & salt. Cover with a lid for a few minutes. Remove from heat. serve hot with any type of bread(Roti) or rice.

Yummy Soya Diet Recepie

SOYA MUTTER MASALA

Ingredients:
Soya Granules 300gms
Onion 150gms
Tomato [chopped] 100gms
Ginger Paste 25gms
Garlic Paste 25gms
Coriander [Fresh Chopped] 2 tbspoon
Chilly Powder 5gms
Coriander Powder 5gms
Turmeric Powder 3gms
Chopped Green Chilly 10gms
Green Peas 300gms
Oil To Fry

Procedure:

Heat oil in a Pan.
Add chopped onion & cook till golden brown.
Add ginger & garlic paste, Chopped Chilles & the masala
Powder.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes & cook on slow fire till the masala is cooked.
Add Peas & Soya Granules & cook well.
Season & Sprinkle chopped coriander & Serve.
